Isolation and Identification Thermophilic Microorganism from wayang Creater through 16S rRNA

Brief

A few decade ago the biocatalyst system in fermentation process used the enzyme that isolated from ordinary microorganism. Recently the chemical reaction in fermentation process use high temperature. The utilization of ordinary enzyme changed with the thermostable enzyme who has isolated from thermophilic microorganism. The potential application of thermophilic microorganisms in biotechnological processes are they provide source of novel metabolites and thermostable enzyme, reduced risks of contamination, reduced cooling costs on high temperature, increased reaction rate and can be used for specific purpose. To explore a novel thermostable enzyme, a few microorganism from volcanic location was isolated and try to identification. The isolation technique using enrichment method as a well known method. The identification of the isolated microorganism use the classical microbiology method and genetic analysis. These isolated microorganisms could be used for further studies and maybe it could be utilized for other purpose.
